Beautiful Teyani. Entrainment is such a testament to our interconnectedness, or even further, our oneness. All one cosmic symphony with infinite expression. Love that your heart stones are always arriving to remind you of this truth!
I remember a lunch many years ago when a dear friend sat across the table and told me about pendulum clocks that swing in exact rhythm, in harmony. I don’t recall the reason this friend used this example to make her point regarding whatever it was that I was processing at the time, but I do know that the friend across the table was you! That example of entrainment has stuck with me these many years since that lunch. And, I too have a collection of small rocks and pebbles from various trips to the beach. Rocks from the day I learned my best friend’s cancer was back. Rocks collected the last time I sat with her on a beach. A rose quartz rock picked up on the day I learned my favorite aunt passed away. They are all displayed in a small bowl that sits on the windowsill in my office. They are all mingled together…just as all of the events of my life are mingled into one vessel that is me.
I remember that day! And I’m so glad that we have these collections in common. What a beautiful metaphor, the memories gathered within the vessel called you … love you dear friend.
I'm 100% in on all of it. I too feel a big connection to ancient living energy of stones; I too ask the nature spirits in my yard for help with planting; and I love the magic of entrainment. May you soon receive your simple beautiful wish of a daily two minute hug. Thank you for a great post!
You are such a gentle soul! I loved reading this. I feel I'm a mirror reflection of you but born years after you were! I've got stones and crystals alllll over my home and I like to live with them, talk to them. I talk to my plants. I soil I water. The leaves I eat. Aah be blessed!!
Your post warmed my heart this morning. My mother was an avid "stone hound", and my dear wife talked to her beloved flowers in the garden. They are in the havens, but to see a friend attaches to beautiful little things, bringing smile and inner peace.
Beautiful! TY for sharing your thoughts and your way of being in the world. I think there are more of "us" that we might know.
Thank you Mo. I’m glad you waved hi, and sent me a note!
It is legend to be held. ❤️
Ahhhhh. Indeed it is.✨

Thank you Kimberly. It really is wonderful. Both infinitely complex and simply in its truth.
I’m glad that we are in each other’s orbit now. 💫✨

Teyani,
Your post warmed my heart this morning. My mother was an avid "stone hound", and my dear wife talked to her beloved flowers in the garden. They are in the havens, but to see a friend attaches to beautiful little things, bringing smile and inner peace.
Thank you❤️
So happy that I could bring lovely memories. 💕
Me too. It’s grand fun.
